Last night right after we put the kids to bed we looked out our window and saw two deer eating the apples on the ground around our apple trees in the back yard.
So we let Griffin and Gannon get up to see them... They were trying to sneak up on them, but the deer ran away. Maybe someday they will be tame :)
And our little dear Tyra! 5 1/2 months old! She is getting so big... rolls all over and scoots around. I don't think it will be long before she is crawling! Part of me is excited and happy and part of me is sad that my baby is growing up so fast. However, I feel like I know so many people that are pregnant right now... and I am DEFINATELY happy I am not in that stage of my life anymore!
She is really into her feet and toes and shoes right now, and wants everything in her mouth! She absolutely LOVES real food! Cannot get enough of it!
She hasn't had an ear infection in over 3 weeks... I should knock on wood right now b/c she has been sneezing the last couple of days... and if it is actually a cold, more than likely it will turn into an ear infection! But I am keeping my fingers crossed and praying about it lots. She is still super easy going and does great in her carseat which she is in a lot of the time with having to run to school, soccer, and errands. Can't believe soon she will be 1/2 a year old! Weeks are flying by!
Wow I sure don't miss having an ear infection baby. Although Ky has had his own issues, those ear infections are awful. Great job on the blog posts, I love reading them all. Especially the first day of school one, and all of the cousins being on the same bus. They are so lucky to grow up so close to each other. Never a dull moment, that is for sure.
ReplyDeleteTyra is so big, and I love her Roxy outift, too cute!
She is so adorable. I can't believe she is 5 1/2 months already. I haven't seen her for so long! Also, I will let you know when we have another scrapbooking day. :)
ReplyDeleteI found your blog! I meant to ask you when I got my hair done how to find it. Very cute...love the pictures of the kids at the top. Tyra is a doll! Thanks for your email too, I'll probably be better at staying on top of things that way...we'll see!
